After releasing her new album last September and having known a tremendous success now a 'Best Of' will soon be available for fans to appreciate this album:
'After 21-year career, five studio albums: M & J, Variations on the same love you, Vanessa Paradis, Bliss and Divinidylle, several tubes as Jo the bus, Divine Idylle…, Vanessa Paradis in 2009 is releasing a compilation bringing together her biggest success'
Also a very nice surprise because it will contain her version of 'I Love Paris' from the advertising campaign of Aeroports de Paris…

Here is some more news!! Finally!! -
Following the success of her latest album, "Divine Idylle", Vanessa Paradis has the choice to continue without her discography Best Of immediately now that the singer has a first compilation, due out in October. A name that promises the best, and teeth which happiness, Vanessa Paradis appeared upon its birth, the promise out of the common destiny that is now hers. She has worked musically with the biggest, Roda Gil to Gainsbourg via Kravitz-and-M, the reply given on the big screen actors to the most prestigious of Moreau to Depardieu, Reno, Delon, Belmondo or Auteuil been magnified by the most talented photographers, Goude and Mondino. Then, who would have thought that the awkward teenage years of the tube 80 "Joe le taxi" meet the Hollywood legend who became her lover and the father of her children, the actor Johnny Depp?
From "Joe le Taxi" in 1987 to "Fire", more than twenty years later, all the success of the singer will be grouped on a Best Of, which is scheduled for release next October. On this occasion, Vanessa Paradis has planned to re-record some older titles, and include her cover of "I Love Paris" by Cole Porter, and "There", a previously unreleased track written and composed by the voice of Louise Attaque Gaëtan Roussel.

An amazing update:
"Vanessa Paradis who is currently shooting Pascal Chaumeil's Heartbreaker in Monaco with Romain Duris will release her first compilation in November. A best of 2 CD and 2 DVD anthology. Her last album Divinidylle received 2 Victoires de la musique in 2008.
The 2 new titles are "I Love Paris," the theme song of Aéroports de Paris and a piece by Gaëtan Roussel, with vocals and lyrics of Louise Attaque who worked on "Bleu Pétrole" by Alain Bashung. The singer (Attaque?) will release his first solo album in 2010."
