This is my all time favorite VP movie. Everything about it was just amazing. I get goosebumps just thinking about it. It is so haunting and poetic. Adele and Gabor's relationship was so intense and intimate. My favorite scenes were the knife-throwing scenes. That song that would always play really made those scenes that much better. Vanessa was just incredible and I love her with black hair.
What are your thoughts?

It's a wonderful film and first Vanessa film I saw (though I've only seen 2 LOL) I love the fact it's filmed entirely in black & white (hence her hair appearing black, however she's still blonde we know this when after they've spilt & Gabor is on the street giving out flyers, he asked a person who walks by whether they were from Paris and if they'd come across and a small blonde, who was sad (or something to that effect lol)). Again Adele is a broken soul with no real purpose in the world and Gabor gives her a reason and he realises that she is the same to him. The complete each other. I love the knife trowing scenes, they're just so intense and you really get pulled into the whole thing. It's a beautiful film.

I also liked that movie very much. It's one of my favourites! It's really touchy and it shows us that there's hope and an escape if you only believe it. The monolgue at the very beginning is really hard... Vanessa has done it very well. But... as I watched the movie with no subtitles (I have problem with subs- I can never find them!!!), I didn;t understand something. When Gabor nd Adele are separeted from each other, there are some scenes where it shows us moments where the two of them are together. Are these scenes their imagines or dreams? Or are they momories? I see that, as her husband, Vanessa carefully chooses her roles in movies- that movie is 100% worthing to watch!
